The rain had felt so surreal to Classic as he laid among the field. Thick grey clouds rolled past as thunder rumbled in the horizon. Trees swayed as the breeze kicked up the loose leaves and carried them away. Everything felt so unreal as he looked to the surface world. He had finally made it, or so he had thought.

One moment there was a peace of mind. The next they were captured by unknown origins. Sent to a facility, they only had each other. At least until they meet some of the other inhabitants. Monsters like themselves. With growing friendships, will both sides be capable in achieving future goals. One group wants to return home. The other wishes for freedom. Maybe their arrival to the new world was not a mistake. Just maybe they were capable of aiding their new found friends.

Strands of your mind cling together like web to a slippery leaf bathed in the morning dew. You have seen both heaven and hell, witnessed the atrocities of war firsthand, and imagined a better life in the deepest, most intimate corners of your dreaming spirit. The wishes for peace and certainty you have once so desperately longed for, now lay trampled underneath the might of your mind's vivid horrors. What was once so bright and lively, now cowers in fear, clinging to gone memories like a shipwreck survivor to some lowly piece of driftwood. From the depths of hell, you arrived victorious, grasping the laurel wreath high above your head. Unrecognizable, with your empty eyes telling a story of innocence brutally taken away from the child curling in shame in the depths of your empty soul. Almost green you are, curly head, having grown up with a rifle by your bedside table, never knowing peace and quiet. Out of the pan that was the Kazdel Civil War and into the scorching flames of Lungmen, where life flows by on its own accord, here, you must learn to live once more. So put on your best facade, Let the reuniting trumpets ring a wild, And allow the city to swallow you whole. Here we are, a continuation of my previous work "Goodbye Curly Head", which sprawled into quite the epistle (but it wasn't really a letter, it's just long :P). Summarized in the most basic way possible, it's a story about a twenty-year-old Kazdel Civil War veteran who goes to Lungmen and has some troubles acclimating to the steady life presented before him. Sprinkle in a too-good-to-be-true offer and a freshly established logistics company, and you get Andy trying to make it big for as long as his deteriorating mental state lets him. I'd say it works as a standalone story for anyone who doesn't want to bother reading the first part. For now, at least. As always, please, pwwease leave a comment, positive, negative, I LOOOVE reading and replying to comments!!

In a realm where the boundaries between myth and reality blur, five unlikely companions find their destinies intertwined, each carrying the weight of a past that haunts them and a future that calls to them. Leading them is a being unlike any other, forged in the fires of both machine and infernal magic-a part robot, part demon, struggling to balance the cold logic of their mechanical side with the fiery passions of their demonic heritage. Beside them walks a creature once feared as a legend-a mythical beast, born of ancient lore and monstrous strength, now turned good by the power of a heart that refuses to succumb to its dark origins. Their redemption is a fragile thing, constantly tested by the shadows of their past. The group is anchored by two brothers, ordinary in appearance yet extraordinary in spirit. In a world dominated by magic and fantastical beings, these humans stand as a testament to the true power of humanity. Their courage, ingenuity, and unbreakable bond are a beacon of hope, proving that even in a land of wonders, the strength of the human heart and mind can prevail against the mightiest of foes. Finally, there is the folklore monster, a creature of nightmares brought to life, who now seeks a new path. Learning to have a heart in a world that fears them, they struggle to redefine their identity, torn between the monstrous instincts that once defined them and the emerging compassion that could save them. Together, this unlikely band embarks on a journey fraught with peril and discovery, not just of the world around them, but of themselves. As they face trials that would break the strongest of souls, they find that their greatest strength lies not in their individual powers, but in the unity forged by friendship, understanding, and the shared pursuit of a destiny greater than any of them could achieve alone.

Her vision blurry, eyes teary, ears ringing, as her head starts buzzing from the hard impact. She watches, as the red shining droplet falls and taints everything in its own darkness. She hears muffled voices, just as she feels a tingling sensation when she realises a hand on her shoulder and it's owner. A sob leaves her lips, when she realises what she has to do. His voice sounds in her ears, as she memorizes that baritone for the last time directed to her, "Are you okay?", with care. She pulls her hand, gathering her energy as silent pained tears falls down her face concentrating her powers. Suddenly, he jerks and falls stiff on his back, unable to move his body. His eyes widened as he registers what she is going to do, all while whispering, "No, no, please don't...". Grabbing a tree, she stands up painfully slow with tears running down her face uncontrollably. She takes a step towards him and sits on his torso, as she wails for everything happened to him and for everything she could have had, but now can't. To the Gods, for cursing her with her damned destiny. He slowly cups her face, and joins their heads released from the powers unknown to her, as he comforts her, "Don't worry, we will be over this, together." Her sobs turns quiet, just when suddenly again his body jerk back in same position, as she apologize, "Sorry, but I can't be selfish enough, not for you, for me and for us." As she slams her fisted kuckles down his head again and again.
