Devyn Lea and Nathaniel Campos have never gotten along.

But once Senior year approaches and Nate comes back into town after being away in Austin for two years, his return uncovers shocking betrayal between Nate's girlfriend and Devyn's boyfriend.

With each other.

As a payback, Devyn Lea and Nate form a plan so over the top that it fools their entire high school.

A fake relationship.

The plan is simple. Fake being in a relationship, rub it in their exes' faces for three months, then fake their break up during winter break.

Keeping their relationship fake is important to both of them. Especially with Devyn's twin brother being Nathan's best friend.

But as the school year goes on, and family issues and past pain resurfaces, the line between fake and real begins to blur for Devyn and Nate.
