Riddle x reader Important info: {y/n} is used with they/them pronouns, but is mentioned to be afab. Transmasc and enby friendly. They also have a fantasy illness of some kind that can't be cured, which is why they're at NRC to study possible cures. Riddle and {y/n} hate each other at the beginning. {y/n} isn't yuu, but yuuka (the book 2 protagonist in the manga) is a character. I tried to leave as much as possible vague about the reader while making them more than a piece of cardboard.

Mc is a human and goes by they/them and I tried to keep descriptions as vague as possible for people to insert themselves or an Oc into it! If I do miss anything (Accidentally mention gender, sexual orientation, hair color, skin color, hair mention at all) please comment so I can fix it immediately! My goal is to be able to have anyone be able to insert themselves in the story. This started off as a self insert so I might slip up and mention my own descriptors on accident and I would like to try to avoid that as much as possible! Essentially where Mc hops through each Twst story- some plot lines are followed completely,some are altered to fit my story (lets be honest here- only Heartslabyuls chapter is accurate to the story. The rest I twisted to make the villains the good guys which, I guess, is the exact plot of Twisted Wonderland.) Can be read separately but there are mentions of the previous stories. A Twisted Wonderland fanfic in which the young Octavinelle trio, while taking shelter in an aquarium, meets the Reader by coincidence and gets attached to them through the time shared together. After years spent bonding with each other, the three mers finally get accepted into NRC. What will happen once the Reader, who has just gotten their hands on a magical object from the sea, gets summoned as well, a year later? It will take time, but each event only brings the inevitable closer. And someone... needs to speak up. ~~~~~//$\\~~~~~ (The actual game lore will start after a certain number of chapters.)
