Isabel, Leon and Noah: three completely different people involved in one, horrific accident.
Isabel is shy, to say the least, often staying at home to look after her drunken, drugged-up Mother.
Noah is guarded, hiding a secret that keeps him cautious from his family and friends.
Leon, however, lives a rather ordinary life.
But one death, scar and secret later; a friendship and romance blossoms within the group. Something disgusting alters to beauty.
Unfortunately though, beauty is hard to maintain.
