Hannah Lupin is Remus Lupin's daughter and the best friend of Charlie Weasley's from school.

From when she was a little girl visiting the Burrow, Hannah was taken by Charlie's older brother Bill, but then he graduated and got a job in Egypt so they hardly ever saw each other.

Charlie invites Hannah to go to the World Cup with him and his family and Bill and Hannah meet again after many years, and a potential relationship ensues.
