Jack Frost (Rise of the Guardians) is born to Rei and Enji Todoroki in this AU. As he does not have fire and only ice, he is disregarded and banished by his father. However, Endeavour did not realise how powerful his son was. Join Jack, under the fake name "Jack Frost" as he meets his UA student baby brother- who he had met, but his brother doesn't remember him. The caveat? Jack is an illegal vigilante (but he hasn't met the characters from the Vigilante series because I haven't read it yet). Enjoy the story!
