"Marinette!" One blur of black and one of red came out of her purse. Screw secret identity, they needed to know if their holder was okay. 
Everyone who had seen one of those before had froze in their tracks. The others froze in fear since they didn't know what it was. It could have hurt them. 
"Marinette, I need you to stay awake. I can heal your injuries. You just need to stay awake!" Tikki quickly said. 
Marinette could hear her but continued her coughing. She couldn't respond. The taste of blood, her blood, was in her mouth.

What had stopped them from taking off their masks and changing clothes was the portal that had opened up from above. From it, a girl, who looked on the verge of dying, had fallen down from it.

Due to being almost being beaten to death, Plagg and Tikki make a wish. They teleported their holder to where she would be safe and loved. Only time would tell when that would happen.

He can help you, and me!" "But I don't need help!" Marinette yelled, realizing that she was tied up. "Hawk Moth is the bad guy, believe it or not!" In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action. His head felt heavy in her hands. Marinette inhaled sharply, feeling the pain in her chest. This can't be real. The air was thick with smoke and the atmosphere glowed orange. "You can't leave, Félix. I can't do this without you," she whispered as tears welled in her eyes. Alya and Nino hadn't come out of the building yet, and Marinette feared the worst. Tears began to spill out, streaming down her face. "I need to take your memories, Marinette," Time Capsule said. "Let's make sure none of the other versions of ourselves have to live through this future." Marinette nodded and let her extract her memories. Marinette could feel her eyes widening when she saw both lips pressed against each other's, both of them engaged in a kiss, which shattered Marinette's heart. She had hoped that her crush wasn't dating another girl, but here she was, seeing them kiss with her own two eyes. The situation made her upset, but her stomach also hurt from the anger she was feeling. She clenched onto her stomach and willed herself not to cry, but instead, her legs gave way and she landed on her knees, more unsettling anger rushing through her body like large waves. This was too much to handle. As tears escaped from her eyes, Marinette didn't notice the small dark butterfly fluttering towards her. Instead, she covered her face and forced herself not to scream, tried to get up from her knees and walk away, pretending she hadn't seen anything. But it wasn't easy, and when she finally looked up to see the Akuma, it was already too late. One of Marinette's rules had always been not letting Hawk Moth control her, but that all changes when Marinette catches her crush kissing a girl, his new girlfriend. Marinette feels shattered by the sight and wasn't strong enough to control her anger.
