When Adam is hunting down an angel for Lucifer, he is forced to travel back to the city he lived in when he was younger. At school he gets reunited with his old friends, James being one of them. But many things have changed over the years and Adam isn't sure if he can hide the fact that he's a demon or if he even wants to. As his two lives get mixed up it only gets harder when he starts to develop some... confusing feelings for the blonde boy.


May contain some violence and swear words and maybe a little gore.

'I'm so sorry.' James muttered when Adam entered his room again.
'It's okay, it's not your fault.' Adam replied.
'I know, but still. I'm keeping you up every night. I don't know how you keep up with me.' The blonde whispered, tears appearing in his eyes.
'I care about you, James. I care about you a lot. As long as you're having trouble, I'll be here to help you out.' Adam said, putting an arm around the blonde's shoulder.
'I care about you too, Adam. That's why I feel so bad about it. I'm ruining your sleep.' James muttered.
A beat of silence went between them as both worried about the other.
'I have an idea. I'm not sure if it'll work, but we can try.' Adam said eventually.
'I wanna try it. I wanna try everything that'll help with these nightmares.' James replied.
'Okay, in that case, get up and put on a jacket or something.' Adam commanded as he walked over to the door.
'Are we going outside?' James asked.
'Yep.' Adam replied, walking over to his own room to look for a hoodie to keep him warm outside.
'I know you sometimes like to get donuts at 3am, but I don't think that's the answer to my nightmare problem.' The blonde muttered.
'We're not going to get donuts.' Adam laughed as he got back to James's room, now wearing his red common sense hoodie.

I slam my hands on the desk and stand up. "I am doing everything I can!" I yell anger laced in my voice as it flowed through my veins. Suddenly the lights went out; a flashing red light comes on as alarms sound. "You need to do more." Aiden says. "Otherwise this. It's never going to stop." "They're attacking." I realize. "They're always attacking. And they're not going to stop until we're dead." "Or surrender." I mumble and Aidens head snaps up to look at me. "You won't. You can't." "No, what I can't do is kill Felix." "The man you loved isn't there anymore. Can't you see that? He's gone. A monster wears his skin. What's it going to take before you realize that?" I shake my head. "Evacuate. Make sure everyone gets out of here. No one dies today." "Well, someone should. And we both know who it needs to be." Aiden says before he leaves the room. I know Aiden is right, but I can't kill Felix, even if he keeps trying to kill me. I shake my head and sit back down. Just because everyone else was leaving didn't mean I had to also. Maybe I can talk some sense into him. I sigh. I've tried to already, but maybe this time it will be different. Maybe I should tell him the truth. Maybe I should tell him Nadia is his daughter. The door to my planning room is thrown open but I stay seated. I look up as men flood into the room, soon followed by Felix. His emotionless eyes find mine and he cocks his gun. I exited the locker room I saw the beast was there right outside the door and there were several girls behind him giggling and gawking at him, although he is hot I will admit that much... I think I'm falling for Ian. I can't let Bell know... "Well then.." his voice lowered "Evan Pierce I have every intention to win your heart and re-name you Evan Walker"... His smirk grew then fell. You would think the taker of the Valor family business would be smarter. But no. I use my free arm to grab his tie and tug on it, leaning him down. He was so close to me. Disclaimer: This is a sequel to my first book called: There's something odd about him. I highly recommend reading that first. Otherwise you might get confused about the context since the characters already have a past. I know I ended the last book with a 15 years later part, but this story is taking place before that. About 5 years after the main events of the book. James is falling deeper and deeper into madness, not knowing if the boy he loves is okay or not. Alive or not. It's been two month since Adam went missing and the blonde is worried sick, until suddenly weird dreams appear when he sleeps. Things take an even bigger turn when he suddenly gets an unexpected, yet not unappreciated call from the local police.

BOOK #1 in The Fire series TRIGGER WARNING IN SOME CHAPTERS He leans closer, keeping me pinned against the wall with his hands on either side of my head. I glanced at both of them before holding his glare with my own. He was giving me a cold stare, caging me in like an animal. I bit my lip, trying to hold it back. I was never good in situations like these. He stopped leaning forward when his face was just inches from mine. He was trying to make me uncomfortable. Trying to scare me, but he didn't. I wasn't scared of him. I didn't hide my face or get nervous... I just bit my lip harder, trying to hold it in. It would just make things worse for me, I bet. He kept his eyes on mine as I glanced at his friend behind him with his arms crossed and a bored expression on his face. I looked back at the man in front of me. "You shouldn't act that way around me." He says coldly. "I can have you dead right-" I couldn't hold it in. I started laughing. He leans back, shocked, but his face goes into a glare as soon as his friend behind him perks up, watching, interested now. I calm down a little. "I'm sorry." I say, catching my breath. "Continue, Continue." He watched me closely before leaning closer to me again. "I can have you killed-" Suddenly, I lost it again, laughing harder, bending a little to hold my stomach. He punched the wall in an effort to scare me but instead made me laugh even harder, falling to the ground and rolling on my side. Soon I had his friend laughing with me as the man in front of me glared at both of us. "Don't give me that look. She's the one who started laughing." His friend said, wheezing a little bit and trying to stop laughing. I calmed down a bit, standing up to face them, a smile on my face. "Now, if you're done threatening me," I raise an eyebrow. "Or at least trying to. I'll be on my way." With that, I grabbed my backpack, turned my back to them, and walked away.

My first story so chill out ok? (I also changed the story name idk why I told you that but yeah) _________________________________________ James is a youtuber with a steady channel. But he also has a fear of being forgotten. While watching a lot of videos on YouTube, he comes across another small channel called SomethingElseYT. Adam (SomethingElseYT) also has a fear of being treated how he was before he met his new friends. After a little bit of talking, James and Adam become best friends. But what will happen after a few months of knowing each other? Will they figure out how to face their fears? ( there might be- no WILL be a lot of depressing thoughts so if your sensitive to that kinda stuff I recommend another Jadam story. ((There's a lot so I think you can find at least something))

For a moment I fear she's mad at me but then she puts her head on my shoulder and I know we're okay.
