It's been two years since the defeat of Gaea, and Nico is finally returning to Camp Half-blood after spending the last couple of years collecting escaped souls for his father, Hades. However, just as things are regaining a sense of normalcy, everything goes sideways again. Nico is attacked by a monster within camp boundaries, and Hades has gone missing. Then the Oracle speaks another prophecy. One where Nico is the bad guy. To protect himself, and camp, Nico flees once again, leaving behind his family, friends, and everything familiar for the twisty, crime-ridden streets of Gotham City.
