you have been hidden from society for most of your life raised by all for one. you met his successor a couple of times but you lived somewhere not with the boy as your quirk was controlled by emotions. you could telepathically communicate with people and use telekinesis to move items. you have left people completely brain dead from telepathic attacks. when all for one gets arrested you get Brought in by the leauge there where orders for shigaraki to take me in if something happens to all for one.
