Former Commander Kevin Lee, once a Leader and Commander of the New Phoenix Project. Now a de facto Commander of the Azur Lane. After his retirement in Singapore (and granted a few weapons by his Council), he became an everyday bartender, just a nobody that he wanted, until after he plays Azur Lane. He used to play it when he was 16, but after the Second Sino-Vietnamese War, he suffered memory loss, forgetting the game. Now, he returns... to pay his... unforeseen consequences.

Thanks Salty_Kirumi first, this guy gave me an inspiration and boredom for me to make this.

Keep in mind this is not suppose to be rushed and I will try my hardest to incorporate Persona into Azur Lane. Also Minato will only be the only Persona character for now. If this project does well I will expand the Persona x Azur Lane with the S.E.E.S involvement.
