During their second year at U.A high school, Class 2-A went to the USJ once more and they were attacked by villains who escaped Tartarus during the war back when they were first year students.

During this attack, Kyoka Jiro, a purple haired girl who adored music and singing as a passion had been slashed at her throat. Thankfully, she survived but her vocal cords have been destroyed.
