John is an international acting sensation, fan girls screaming at just the mention of his name.

Seraphina is a single mother of three, only barely crawling her way through life as a waitress.

What do these two very different souls have in common?

Well, they both tragically lost their broken hearts five years ago, both in the same mistake - a horrible mistake that effected their lives forever. And will effect their lives forever more.

But . . . is it forever?

Is there 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘭𝘺 no way to patch the broken hearts that beat in their chests?

Well, you'll have to find that out for yourself, as John has just arrived back in Wellston.

  Back to his hope.

      Back to his heart.

John had sacrificed everything to be able to stand on that podium above the people who used to bite and chase him - to have people bow down at his feet and willingly do his every bidding. He had to sacrifice his sanity, his life, and his soulmate, only to become further lost among the crowd where he had always stood alone... except when he had her. The hole he dug is deep; the only way out being up; but his broken shovel isn't able to carry out the dreaded task of fixing his mistakes when the pile of dirt has always sat out of his reach. So he's gone now. John left with the wind and into the murky depths of Wellston's fastest river - famed for the ending of lonely souls. Into the white water he fell; into the stone and the grime and the fish. In he went... and out came Alden. .................................................................... 1500+ word chapters [Suicide warning] [Mature language] 𝚃𝚒𝚖𝚎𝚏𝚛𝚊𝚖𝚎: 𝟷𝟹/𝟶𝟼/𝟸𝟶 - A little bit of plot, inspired by: @RainielCatapang7's 'The Death of Joker' (It's really good and if you want to find it easily, it's in my reading list) -- #1 on Jeraphina!! --

John and Seraphina are inseparable, and this is believed to be fact. But Arlo believed otherwise. With the hierarchy in mind, he seeks to put the ace back in her place through more nefarious means. To him, this is his calling - to assemble a perfect order of high tiers. The way it should be. What is a place without its structure? However, as it turns out, cleaving apart the inseparable yields explosive consequences. The hierarchy is trivialized as new faces and enemies emerge from impossible angles. Friendships grow, break, and everything in between as the fallout of Arlo's meddling achieves a true toll, leaving John and Seraphina ever stranded to follow a different path in an unforgiving place. Will they find each other again or will one overstep prove to be the demise of many?
