Quirks range from amazing, powerful quirks, to weak useless quirks. Heroes rose to keep peace and order to the world, to save and be symbols of peace. What a load of shit. People became power-hungry and war kept raging on in the background. Some people wanted to make powerful beings with enhanced quirks. A man by the name of Eliphas subjugated 10 kids into making them stronger. Heroes don't do shit about these problems in the world. Vigilantes do.
