Quick note- This fanfiction does not belong to me. There were some uploading errors so I am posting part 2 on my profile since I will be writing the rest of this fanfiction. Enjoy guys!

In this alternate universe, everything could have been nearly the same as the original. But something went wrong. During the fight in Old Corona, Varian was impaled by a black rock. But he's been cursed to know follow Rapunzel where ever she goes. But only she could see him. Through his death, could they become friends again? Or were they destined to be enemies?

I'm sure you know the story, princess of Corona, and her incredibly long magical hair with legendary healing powers, stolen away from her family by the villainous mother Gothel and kept locked in a tower far from home. All of Corona for many years grieved over Rapunzel's abduction, and as far as the kingdom knew, the only heir to the throne was gone forever, never to return, leaving no one to proceed their rulers. Between the writing style being very reflective of my age to the self-deprecating comments I wrote about my own writing to the stolen cover art (my sincerest apologies for that, I am going to change it but the original is by @codynaomiswireart on tumblr) it is beyond me what was going through my head when I wrote it. It is for that reason I found myself shocked to see it with thousands of reads and comments, which thank you for by the way, I did not realize there was this much demand for moon Varian lol. For now I intend on leaving it up solely because it is hilarious to me and a good reflection on what was at the time a very important show to me. In the present, a lot of my love for the series has been somewhat diminished, due to many factors.
