Ohitsuki Azugai originally from Shigakura, meets the quote on quote demon of Konoha, Uzumaki Naruko. Azugai was sent to Konohagakure as he had active his Sōsakugan, Azugai was the last of the Ohitsuki clan and the villagers of Shigakura were sacred of him unlocking his sōsakugan and learning his clan's special justsu, warped blood force, which allowed him to change what he wanted in someone's blood. 

Uzumaki Naruko, a Konoha-nin in training, was sitting in an alleyway, shacking and crying after her last beating that was when she meets the sōsakugan user, Ohitsuki Azugai, whom when she saw him was healing her. He had a Shigakura headband as he had just graduated the academy in Shigakura. Naruko was confused, why was someone from the village hidden in death in the village hidden in the leaf?
