Upon discovery of Izuku's quirks, it comes out that Inko had cheated on Hisashi. Said man then leaves his wife and son after which Inko starts to abuse Izuku.
After a while he starts showing signs of Tourettes and it just makes things, in addition to one of his quirks, very difficult. 

Will he be able to still become a hero like he has dreamt as a kid?

In this au Aizawa and Inko got married. After a year of being married they were having problems for some time and decided to get divorced for the best. After a few weeks, Inko found out she was pregnant but she didn't tell Aizawa. When Izuku was 10 he ran away and became the no.1 vigilante Shadow (who was always being chased by Erasurehead). Will Izuku forgive them for what they did?
