Charlotte McClain was American, born and raised. At 24, she worked as a pro hero in the states along side her parents. She got a call from a friend in Japan, asking her to come live there and help manage the uprising of the League of Villains and their focus on class 1-A from UA. How could she say no? She hadn't seen Japan or her old friends in years and now seemed a good as time as any, plus she'd be doing her part to cull the madness. 
What could possibly happen? Who else would she meet? Would she find a home there or miss the states? And why does this grumpy, sleep deprived teacher not know how to laugh?
