Claire understand that to defeat Kane, she must master her magic. That means journeying deep within the forest, all the way to Esterpine, to study with the Sprites. But the forest isn't what it once was. A sickness is spreading, twisting all that it touches. With it, unrest grows among the prominent bloodlines under Queen Jade's rule. If Claire cannot conquer her doubts and step into the shoes she was meant to fill, the forest kingdom will fall.
Meanwhile, Talon and Reyr have a new ally. The Dwargs have pledged their support in retaking Fort Squall. Plans are brewing. The Drengr must stand up against Kane and his wild dragons, or risk losing more of the north. But battling these beasts won't be easy. The people of Squall's End are at the mercy of dragonfire. How then can Talon hope to reconquer the fort without losing lives? What he needs is a secret weapon. A way to protect the people. Perhaps when the time comes, he might find exactly that.

Sometimes fate brings you exactly what you need before you even realize it. *** Brigid Kelly has lost everything and no amount of spells or wishes stopped it. After her Gran fell ill and passed away, Brigid wasn't able to keep her grandmother's metaphysical shop going. With everything crashing down around her, Brigid buys a one-way ticket to the land of her ancestors, hoping to find solace in the old cabin where her Gran grew up. Ireland is everything she was always told it was and then some. As she sorts out the slowly declining house in the woods, she's thrust into the path of handsome Torin Boyle by circumstance. The walls she's built up around her heart are slowly chipped away as Torin reveals pieces of himself as well, opening not only his home but his heart too. Torin Boyle has spent the last thirty-odd years living in the North of Ireland, running through the rolling hills with his friends. As a pack of wolf Shifters in a country that has no natural wolves, Torin has learned to keep a tap on his inner emotions to protect those he loves. But his homeland is dying; small patches of forest turning brown and dry. When a witch appears on his family's land out of nowhere, he's concerned that the witch is to cause for what's been happening to the land. He never expected to feel pulled into her orbit so completely. Brigid's idyllic life comes to a halt when Torin's father falls ill, closely followed by other members of the Shifter's family. Rune and Ruin by LeonaPage
59 parts Ongoing Mature
To bait a falcon, a very small bird is fitted with ball weights attached to a string held by the falconer. When the raptor attacks, the rolling dive will tangle around the legs of both birds, thus ensuring the falcon cannot fly away. Further training involves both the string and treats, often meat from the same small birds, encouraging the predator to return to its handler. Centuries of war between the gods have caused an imbalance in the mortal world. Stark lines of division have resulted in three species, all vying for survival against an increasingly harsh world; The Tasuri, demon-shifters with noble houses stretching back before the founding of cities, shapeshifters in their clans and dens, and the Acera, those without fang, claw, wing, or hoof. The Tasuri city of Rune has never been more powerful, or more desperate. A plague has hit, a disease of infertility that is decimating the population of the purebloods and shifters. The Tasuri and shapeshifters turn their attention to the small, remote villages and towns of the Acera. Defenseless, there is nothing to stop the two powerful groups from enslaving the Acera and destroying the balance of their world beyond recognition. The ruin of the Acera is underway when the Tasuri House of Fyriin births a Warlord. The young warrior, Falx, takes his army of demons into the hills. There, he is gifted a young Acera slave as tribute. Thania has every reason to hate him, but she bears more weight on her slight shoulders than Falx could possibly know. What happens to the world when you take the bird away from her falcon? Warning: This is a historical fantasy, paranormal romance. It will have explicit scenes, including scenes of nonconsent. This world is brutal and harsh. Please take care before reading!

Estelle Beaumont just wanted a peaceful hike on her last day of vacation. Instead, one ill-starred moment of curiosity leaves her miraculously stranded in the fictional world of Prythian--a faerie realm full of ruthless court drama, rampant misogyny, and enough deadly magic to keep anyone up at night. Armed with foreknowledge that's only helpful when it isn't actively trying to get her killed, Estelle quickly discovers that living through the story of ACOTAR is far less fun and far more perilous when it's her own basic-ass, untrained mortal life on the line. Her plan is simple: keep her hands off of the plot and survive long enough to find a way back to the family and love she left behind. But the so-called "Mother" clearly has other plans for Estelle, forcing her to confront an unsettling truth--that her role here in Prythian might be far greater than that of a passive observer. As Estelle reluctantly abandons her original plan, uneasy alliances form, old wounds reopen, and fractured trust begins to mend. Love, loss, and scars of the past converge as Estelle slowly starts to see that the family she thought she'd lost might take a new shape, and that the life she left behind might be the only reason she's prepared for the fight ahead. But the cost of shaping Prythian's future--and her own--might be greater than she can bear. After all, it's a future that was never meant to be hers to begin with. And this is all that damned Cauldron's fault... ☆⊱──────⊰ ☽✧☾ ⊱──────⊰☆ A/N: This fanfiction is purely self-indulgent. If you don't like self-insert/iseki like tropes were an original character who read the books ends up in the fictional world as the new main character, you might want to skip this. Somethings will stay very familiar, others will diverge completely, and I plan to add extra world building along the way. Slowburn romance.
