A shinigami's life is so boring, even though you have the power to kill any human at any time, in reality, it can get boring. (Y/n) is a shinigami, the shinigami king's most trusted subject. (Y/n) has been alive for millions of years with her being one of the first shinigami to appear. 

Over some time, (Y/n) met with Ryuk as she reprimanded him for calling their shinigami ruler an "old man". Ever since then, they have met more frequently, and have gotten to know each other more. Soon, they became good friends. One day, (Y/n) went to met him, only to hear the disturbing news that he went to the human realm, and even purposely dropped his death note there, too! Though it's not his death note, the results can still be catastrophic.

Deciding to go down to the human realm to make sure that Ryuk does nothing stupid seems to hold more head-achs than she first bargained for, especially when the shinigami king decided to put her there to make sure that the person using the death note does not go too far. Though, for her, she never knows when is too far. Especially those who love her so, so much!
