Okay, so the first time you tried shadow traveling was a bit of a disaster. No, scratch that, it was a huge disaster. Somehow, you overdid it and ended up in... New York? And met some weird turtle demons who had trouble figuring out whether you were a mutant or a human. You tried looking for them again, but this time, they seemed intent on keeping to the shadows.

...It was kind of hard for them to do that when you literally ARE the shadows.

!STORY IS UNFINISHED AND WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATED! You and your friends go to an anime / comic / sci-fi convention, you meet the turtles, depression ensues. Kind of a vent fic, and pretty angsty.
