Now a Neurosurgeon fellow Dr. Sienna Connors is now looking for the perfect hospital to work at during her fellowship year and she hopes to become an attending at that hospital. Inspired to work with the world-class Neurosurgeon Dr. Derek Shepherd at Seattle Grace Hospital, Will she follow her dreams to work with the neuro god and nobody, not even Sienna knows where she might end up maybe win a Harper Avery or maybe even find the love of her life, and become the surgeon she has always dreamed about becoming.


With this book I will not always be following the Greys timeline I will though when big events happen.


All rights to the characters go to Shonda Rimes the only characters that belong to me are Dr Sienna Connors and her family. I'll will be changing some parts compare to the show but these changes will be made around Sienna.
