In a time where Dimentio gained the favor of the heroes and convinced them to join his cause, Count Bleck is defeated and Dimentio takes the Chaos Heart, remaking the world into his own image. Though, that's not the Chaos Heart's intention. For the Heart was made for destruction, not creation. 

Dimentio and Mr.L both have a history with each other. A history before the Void tore them apart. As he slips further into madness, will he be able to tell illusion apart from reality, or be completely deceived into giving up?
