Crashing Again

What if things during the turbulence of season 13 episode 20 had escalated and they crashed? 
In Crashing Again, the plane that Meredith and Nathan were on, crashed. Them, their new orthodontist friend, and those three passengers (Ingrid, Jay, and Max), and the flight attendant (Candace), have to help the injured till they realize how severely injured a few of them actually are. Emotionally and physically.
They must now find a way to keep everyone who isn't already dead, alive... 
including themselves.
