Two years after the incident of San Fransokyo and the return of the titans, Godzilla resurfaces and without any explanation, begins to launch devastating attacks in several cities around the world, causing enormous damage and spreading fear in the hearts of humans. Elsa herself does not manage to understand, nor to resonate with her king who no longer seems to listen to her. But the organization Monarch thinks they have a solution: another titan, Kong, who seems to be the only one capable of stopping Godzilla and his murderous madness.
