Born to a clan with a many generations of previous Slayers, that wielded the water dragon breathing technique, they were known for their strength and loyalty to the Ubuyashiki family.
The eldest daughter, Hayami, was known to be curious and persistent in becoming a slayer to prove her worth to her family, and clan.
However, a terrible turn of events left her and two brothers to escape the massacre which lead to the downfall of the Mizutsuki clan.
Years later after intense training, she goes on a journey in becoming a strong slayer and living a life with loneliness until she met him.

Having tough backgrounds that kept themselves isolated, together they soon realise they need each other.
Going through many obstacles, losing more people dear to her, and eliminating demons, she begins to realise she isn't alone anymore after suffering sleepless nights, and haunting nightmares.
Yet, there were secrets left with her families dying breath, that left her unaware of the dangers that comes later.
