10,000 long years ago, the Great Dragon War erupted between the humans and the dragons. The humans won, but at a terrible cost. The dragons escaped to the Hidden World, where over many millennia, their numbers recovered. Now, after a very long time, a golden egg was laid, and that golden dragon has a destiny. Only she will be the saving grace for the humans and dragons alike. Will she convince the humans to get along with the dragons, or will she have no choice but to wipe out all of humanity? It is up to her alone,  which decision will she choose.

    "Just what in the heck are you?" The girl whispered.
    
    As she reached towards the golden scales, she felt a warmth radiating from the dragon. The dragon's eyes snapped open, and its bright green eyes tinted with gold stared at the girl's piercing blue ones. Her breath was sucked out of her as she stood there, watching the dragon shakily stand up, still making eye contact with her....
