Peter's life isn't great, his home life is terrible, and his school days seem to be getting worse. 

So when he meets a war criminal, he really believed it would get a Hell of a lot worse. However, that's not the case. 

Or so it seems. 

Peter's life is turned on its head and everything seems to be changing. Will the people he begins to see as family be able to save him in time, or will it be too late.

Tony and Pepper are wanting to adopt a kid thinking that having a kid will help keep the other's from having another 'Civil war' issue. So that is what they did, going to the closest Orphanage in Queens. When they first lay their eyes on Peter they knew that he was special and that he was the one. Everything was going great but all good things must come to an end. Will Peter make it out of his depressed state or will he be forever lost in his depression. This had to be his fault. Hydra must have somehow found out Peter helped him in Germany and picked him out as the weakest link. They wanted to find a way to get to the Avengers, to get to Tony, and they found it. ***** In the aftermath of Civil War, the Accords have been sorted out, but the Avengers are far from mended. Their issues must be pushed aside, however, when Peter Parker, who has until then kept his real identity a secret, arrives at Stark Tower to tell Tony that May is missing. It will take the whole team to figure out what Hydra has planned, but they are nowhere near prepared for what they will find. PS: I promise the writing does get better!
