Raising a daughter

When Sally married Gabe, and he started to beat her, she kept yelling, "If you keep doing this I'm going to call my god lover and have him kick your ass!"

Over time, Gabe grew tired of hearing that line. Out of rage, he grabbed Sally and her irritant newborn and took them to Montauk beach. There, Gabe forced Sally to kneel in front of the glistening waves, gun to her head, "Where's your god lover now?"

Before the trigger could be pulled, the waves reared back and crashed on the beach. Crushing Gabe and Sally. With her last breath, Sally put a protection spell on her daughter. The last thing she saw was Poseidon's golden glow.
