         Clara Wayne daughter of the mighty Bruce Wayne aka Batman. She might have a house in Gotham but she spend her summers on Starling City with the Queens. Clara looked after her messy best friends. She was the one that would drive the car after a party and prevented Tommy and Oliver from getting into trouble. They were inseparable but when Oliver Queen shipwrecks and is pronounce dead everything just breaks. Has years pass Tommy and Clara become closer than ever.  It has been 5 years and Clara is an detective for the SCPD and works with her partner Danny Reagan. She lives a normal live in Starling City, but when Oliver returns and the Vigilante appears would Clara's live would get a little more interesting.
