You find out you are engaged to the berserker prince Dagur. But well, we already know how Dagur takes the whole 'We don't kill dragons' thing.Takes place before the events of HTTYD and will go on likely till race to the edge, I haven't quite decided yet.

Hi!!! I'm Clover and this is my first ever fanfic!!! also this story was inspired by @Otaku-chanxoxo work Betrothed, and forgiveness, be sure to check out her work. Other than the idea of being betrothed to Dagur I'm making sure to not copy and make original work, Dagur is a bit yandere too. But in all honesty that's just because he's Dagur. lol.

Welcome new and old readers to the official re-write of Betrothed! The Dagur/reader fan fiction that was previously written by a 16 year old who had no idea how to write apart from taking GCSE English! Now that I'm graduating University and re-watching the How to train your dragon series, I figure I've got enough motivation to re-write the original Betrothed as well as Forgiveness in the future! A few warnings I'd include are very unhealthy relationships from everyone's favourite Berserker Chief, as well as some slight non-consensual touching (nothing nsfw at all though) and a few non-consensual kisses.
