He will return to the Elemental Nations but will he rule as a kind emperor or a brutal tyrant? ALL ART USED GOES TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CREATORS. AND SLIGHT WARNING, NARUTO IS GOING TO BE DARK IN THIS REWRITE (LIKE IN THE OG BUT NOT TOO MUCH) SO NO COMPLAINING.
