Bruce and Grace lost their parents at the hands of a mugger and the two then vowed to avenge their parents' death. The following years were spent training to become what they needed to fight the criminals and to protect the people of Gotham. During the day, they are Bruce and Grace Wayne. During the night, they are the Batman and The Scarlet Witch.
