But their little girl isn't one to give up on Aurora. After tracking the bounty hunter down. Hunter got to see the shady part of Coruscant's lower levels that she lives on. He saves her from an ambush and again Aurora finds herself back in the care of the batch. A not ideal situation for her and Hunter couldn't agree more, but as Hunter gets to know Aurora more and more he can't help himself from wondering what happened to her in the past and why she gets so defensive about it. And how would Aurora feel once she is finally forced to face her feelings? Does she embrace it or does she do what she does best and runaway? Not only that, but this isn't exactly the Clone Wars I remember. Why are they after me, you ask? Good question, let's find out together.

During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office. Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech.
