Spell Broken

Lumi Fay's world has been turned upside-down once before, and now with her mentor turning up dead, it's flipped again. Only this time nothing beautiful can come from it.

Lumi is a protector in training. Her job is to learn how to protect the town, but when her mentor is found dead she is thrust into the job. Reeling from the heartache Lumi sets out to find the murderer.
Not knowing anyone else with magic her list is empty. When she starts to suspect any and everyone, she starts to second guess everything she's ever known.
When someone comes up to her asking for her help she can't say no. Little does she know the problems that will pop up if she helps.
