Reala made a truce with NIGHTS cause he had no choice but to let the nightmarens and nightopians live in harmony but he got used to it soon after. But a few weeks later after things were at peace NIGHTS has been kidnapped by an unknown Jester by the name of Umlaut who wanted to make NIGHTS his eternal bride and his queen of darkness (An evil jester from a carnival of the living dead). With no time to loose Reala seeks help from NIGHTS best friend Sonic The Hedgehog who was feeling alone when his friends started to pick on him and his boyfriend Knuckles cheated on him with Rouge. Although the only ones who stood by him were his big brother  Manic The Hedgehog, Manics two friends, and Grey-Sky and Rika Flora (Sonics childhood friends). Will Sonic and Reala save NIGHTS? A/N: first off for those who haven't heard of the game. Carnevil is about a demonic carnival of the living dead created by an evil ringmaster Ludwig Vontokentaker The main character who awoke Ludwig from his eternal slumber has to fight him in his undead army of carnival freaks including Ludwigs helper. A jester head by the name of Umlaut. I love this game so much.

A/N:  I love Sonic The Hedgehog but I also like NIGHTS.  I played one of the games and it was enchanted. I thought it be amazing if I create a crossover.All Rights Reserved

The Summer with Sonic and friends isn't as light hearted as it would be. Knuckles, Tails, Amy, Blaze, Silver, Shadow, Rouge, Cream, Cheese, Sally, Marine, and Mighty just don't wanna have fun with Sonic considering they want nothing to do with him as a friend anymore. Not even his brother Manic (who also came for their vacation) wanted to hang out with him. All of them were on summer vacation at a hotel near a every day theme park (which is an attraction with the hotel). They wanted to spend all summer without Sonic (who came with them) Though when they went too far Sonic felt so heart broken and was never in their sights. By the time they all feel bad and guilty especially Knuckles who actually does have a crush on him they slowly notice Sonic is not himself. He was feeling off and never coming out of the room he stayed in until most summer nights. He was even eating raw meat every day and night. Also strange things happened. They at first thought he was mad at all of them but Knuckles knows that there is something more sinister than that.

Sonic had feelings for Knuckles since they were little kids though Knuckles is dating Perci The Bandicoot in secret (or so he thought). Things with Team Sonic got out of hand since they had to take a break from each other. Knuckles decided to mess with Sonic by playing with his heart (not literally) after Sonic confessed. But when he kissed Perci in front of him that really crossed the line. He wasn't having any luck after that day. They avoid him and pretended he didn't exist (except for Tails and Sonics two brothers and little brother) Until he discovered a dark looking library and red a forbidden Gay love story about a prince (just like him) and a humble traveler but sadly Sonic sees he and the prince have a similar heartbreak. He started to have different powers and a different appearance while having a cold and mature personality. Sonic behaved differently after that night at the library and also did different stuff (doing dark art, dancing, black tea parties with old friends (Sally half of the time), music, meditation, practicing witchcraft, reading sorrow stories, reading mystery stories, also reading gay love stories (emo or fairytales or forbidden love stories 'mostly the prince and the traveler'). And takes fighting seriously (least until his three brothers show up) alone.) Though things got stranger when he was visiting his home village (a neighboring village next to Hedgehog Village) called Cristal noir 'A dark and light (kind of like a Japanese village) style village with its own kingdom where goths and pure ones live together in peaceful harmony'. At the same moment Knuckles then felt feelings for Sonic but this time it was for real but Sonic himself shuts himself away from Knuckles and but also can't trust him and the village felt really bad. Sonic slowly feels nothing towards Knuckles as he continues reading the story. Will Knuckles open Sonics eyes or will Sonic just see they're not meant to be? Was there more than just a forbidden gay love story?

On Senior Prom Sonic was going to have a great time with his 'boyfriend' Knuckles. But turns out it was a set up that he framed Sonic for selling Cocaine and it worked. Once Sonic was thrown in jail, everyone who knew him abandoned him (even his own family). He turned to a life of crime (for a short while) after getting out of prison. He was broken as he felt nothing. But when he got to the hospital from attempted suicide and then to the asylum, a spark of light came when a kind hearted psychiatrist Offered him a job and a place to stay at his Orphanage (which is also a school for wayward youth) with his therapy. With the help of one girl and her best friend. A little bright blue hedgehog girl named Janice and a bright red echidna named Cassie. Things were plain but Sonic was still broken but he was hateful towards those who hurt him in the past. He changed his appearance and moved far away to a little bit old London (a little modern) style town selling good medicine for the people and working for the psychiatrist. When people (Knuckles, his family, and friends) from his past 'somehow found him' come to make things right, Sonic turns them away. Will Sonic give them a chance? Or will he just hate them for everything they did in the past?
