A book of Dreamtale oneshots I started writing in 2017 that gradually turned into an actual story by 2020. The writing isn't great at first but I assure you as the oneshots progress you will see improvement :) These are not Dreammare and no ships are made canon, however some are subtly hinted at such as Errormare. You can choose to see them as platonic or romantic.

I dunno wut im doing, sorry if its bad ;~; Some Background: Most alternate sanses are attending a highschool, call the school whatever you like. This takes place in an AU thats not really an AU, seeing as there are no undertale characters. There is a "Gang" in this school, it is comprised of Nightmare, Error, Cross, Killer, Horror, and Dust. Everyone is afraid of them, except for the Star Sanses. Eventually, one of the star sanses, Ink, is able to befriend one of the bad guys, Error. Error starts to develop feelings for the artist, but, when something bad happens to Ink, error wonders if he'll ever get a chance. {This is an extremely slow-burn! You have been warned.}

When Ink is exploring the au's, he stumbles upon a new au where he meets a new friend named Nightmare. The both of them create a close bond, and Nightmare explains how the villagers mistreats him and how they treasure Dream. Ink knew Dream for awhile, but Dream never mentions Nightmare. One day Nightmare had enough of the villagers and ate the apple of negativity and leaves Dreamtale empty. When Ink comes to visit Nightmare, he sees that everyone is disappeared, and so did Nightmare. Not mention Dreams new and unusual behaviour towards Ink. You wanted the sweet release of death. But it seemed like the universe was far too cruel to allow you even that. It took away your memories, your free will to choose whether you live or die...hell, it took the one thing in life you owned! Your own name! And now it seemed like you had to live yet another cruel life, doing things you never wanted done to others. But...at least you could do things your way. Maybe this second chance wouldn't be so bad... (Reincarnated as Nightmare Sans, but unlike other stories, you have no clue what Undertale even is)

Nightmare's gang always knew that their job was risky, but they never expected to actually die. Then Killer was killed. Nightmare found a replacement quickly enough, but this new Killer isn't the same as the old one, and the gang are having a hard time adjusting. Inspired by a comic by darkxsoulzyxcaliberx. Something New belongs to rahafwabas. Dusttale belongs to Ask-Dusttale. Dreamtale belongs to Joku. Horrortale belongs to Sour-Apple-Studios. Xtale and Underverse belong to Jakei. NIGHTMARE is a sadistic bastard, that's just a fact. His goal is to corrupt Dream's soul and prevent the Doodlesphere from feeling positive emotions ever again. He has a new plan to do it. His brother is smart enough to know his games, but one of his friends isn't. INK doesn't know what to think of the letter on his nightstand. It only added onto the strange missing things and nightmares he's been having. Was Nightmare asking him on a date? Pfft, that was ridiculous, there was no way- wait. When did he get so pretty? When did Nightmare get so perfect? DREAM has the hope of the entire multiverse in his hands. With their best friend and Protector of the Doodlesphere missing, they have to do both Ink's job and their own, along with making sure no one else goes missing. He's stressed and exhausted, but he can't rest now. Come on Dream, stay . . . awake . . .

TWs!!! because I can't seem to tag them for some reason! abuse, mental health issues, torture, mental break downs, manipulation, all that fun stuff. This is NOT a lighthearted story! Nightmare had been alone in his head for the longest time. For 500 years he was able to gain more power, a castle, a gang, and a reputation of one of the most dangerous beings in the multiverse. But when Dream had broken out of stone, someone else made themselves known, someone who should have been dead. OR Corrupted Nightmare is a parasite and Passive Nightmare refuses to die. He does not appreciate the identity theft. Updates when I finish chapters, no more waits. I'll just post them as I finish them. Cross-posted on AO3!

A story of a young Ink discovering what it means to be a Protector of Creation, as he finds his place in the Multiverse.

Dust trusts his fellow Bad Sanses with his life, but when he gets betrayed he leaves the Bad Sanses and hides in the Omega Timeline. Dream and Cross do the best they can to help Dust, but Dust has vowed to never trust anyone ever again. This is based on the Rusttale multiverse so things may be slightly different than you expect.
