Faith is a bubbly three year old girl who lived with her mum and nan in country NSW. She was destined for great things is what she was told. They lived on a farm just outside Wingham and she loved it. She spent her days outside playing in the creek, dancing in the garden and checking on the fruit trees with her mum Charlie or cooking with her nan in the kitchen. Everyone in town knew Faith. She had been talking since she was 10 months old and has never stopped. Life was good until the black summer hit. The bush fires of 2019 and 2020 wiped out the farm and took away everything Faith knew. Her entire town was destroyed. Mason Fisher was a 24 year old man who was working towards taking over his family business with his brothers. He had stopped partying and sleeping around 2 years ago when his parents gave him an ultimatum, shape up or lose the company. He got his act together, stopped the partying and sleeping around. He was happy working with his family not looking to settle down any time soon and definitely wasn't ready for kids. He gets a phone call that changes his life. He doesn't believe that he has a child how could he? He always thought he was safe. Surely if he has had a child he would know. Throw in two younger brothers and his parents who have always wanted grandchildren and you get the Fisher family. Please note this story is not edited and mentions the bush fires of 2019-2020 and parent loss.
