Even though it's an X OC, I'll still put a lot of focus into the special exams.

In this fic, Kiyotaka wasn't the only 4th Gen survivor. Niharu, the second best of the generation, will go to ANHS with Kiyotaka. Neither of them hold back, but they dont feel too obligated to help the class.
