This OC is my version of the DC comics character Ratcatcher, real name Otis Flannegan. I've created a younger version of the character and put a twist on him, but I don't own the concept of Ratcatcher himself (which will be blatantly obvious if you've watched The Suicide Squad).All Rights Reserved
