What happened in 1999?

The acts of that year are something that friends Ted and Schlatt want to keep secret at any cost.

But when a determined reporter known only by the alias of "Slimecicle" begins to find his way to the heart of the mystery, the pair may have no other option than to eliminate him.

Neither Slimecicle or the pair know how close they are to eachother when the duo adds a new friend, Charlie, to their group.

Unfortunately, George's closest friend becomes jealous, and after realizing that the culprit might be staying longer, he rats out Dream's location, leaving nothing but George and his shattered fragile soul...
