Let me get something straight: this is a JOURNAL, not a diary.

I am solely writing this to amuse myself because I am undergoing an extremely traumatic experience in my life. My twelfth board results are coming up and I had chewed every bit of my nails that was chew-able and not. Some parts of my nails are bandaged, but I care less. This nail biting thing is so inciting.

The results will be out by tomorrow, and since there are no finger nails left anymore, so I figured I might as well write this book to pass my time.

P.S.: Ignore me if I sound gross (which I do not mostly, but better to be safe than sorry).

"Bhai stop it what are you doing? She's your wife" Mukti yelled at me. "But I don't want her, I never did neither I expected this to happen" I growled smashing my fist against the door. She held my hand, worriedly. "Please bhai don't do this, stop this, she's carrying your child in her womb and right now she needs you, she is pregnant try to underst..." She couldn't complete her sentence because I didn't let her. "I don't care and I don't want it, this marriage is unwanted even the child is unwanted, I don't want her child" her heart might have sank in her shoes after seeing my blood shot eyes. I was shaking with fury, hatred poured out from my eyes. I hates her and my own unborn child. I hate this unwanted marriage and every moment I spend with my wife in past. I regret it all. I regret the night I spent with her, our moments of love which led me to this and I hate it all. "It is your baby too." She gently placed her hand on my shoulder, trying to make me understand the whole situation and maybe praying that I would understand but I jerked her hand away. "How could you be so sure about it, she loved someone else before me before this marriage what if the child is not even mine" she was furious now, I stroke the wrong chord she had for her friend Nandini. "You can't say this, I know her she is my friend and your legally wedded wife" she knew that I was angry but how could I just abuse my wife. The woman who was bearing my child in her womb. I sighed, regretting the choice of his words. I know it's my child. I don't need another proof even after everything I still have some trust left on her. He moved and sat on the couch still staring at her.He just closed his eyes and leaned his head back. "Please...I'm sorrry...please...don't"She started shivering and panicking in her sleep and Manik immediately ran towards her and held her hand. "Nandu...Nandu...open ur eyes...kuch nahi hua...look at me...I'm here...it's me Manik..." He said rubbing her hand trying to wake her up. She sat suddenly and opened her eyes and examined the surroundings.Manik side hugged her saying "Shhh...chup...kuch nahi hua...u r safe here..." He calmed her down and made her sleep again. After 15 minutes he came out to the balcony and those tears which he was stopping to be strong made it's way out. "How...How can I remove those nightmares Nandu...!!!" He asked himself while wiping his tears. "With ur love..." An answer came from behind. He turned to see the person and it is none other than his best buddy Cabir. "Cabir..." He said slowly. "Ha Manik...she can only be healed by ur love...The love which u left 2 years back..."Cabir answered. Manik again stared at Cabir and at Nandini whose body has all her past MARKS. Manik just closed his eyes helplessly and the traces of his past came in front of his eyes. . . . C-Manik...this is the last day of college man...u won't get the chance to see her again...jao...ab toh bathaa that u love her... Manik looked at him worriedly ,gathered himself and his courage and took his steps towards her... . . . .
