Roses and Thorns (BOTW Link x reader) [Slow updates]

A hundred years before the calamity happened, there was a knight, a princess, and their companion, along with four skilled warriors from each of the four corners of Hyrule. Link, the knight with the sword that seals the darkness. Princess Zelda, the princess born with the blood of the goddess Hylia. Urbosa, the Gerudo chief piloting Divine Beast Vah Naboris. Mipha, the Zora princess piloting Divine Beast Vah Ruta. Revali, the Rito warrior piloting Divine Beast Vah Medoh. Daruk, the Goron hero piloting Divine Beast Vah Rudania. And Y/N, the mysterious maiden with an attitude.
A former villain, Y/N attempts to gain the trust of her companions. Nothing she does seems to change the minds of the champions. Link however, always believed that she had a good side, even if she never showed it. Now, a hundred years later, Y/N is given a chance to start anew now that Link no longer remembers her. Will he fall for her all over again? Or will she be doomed to live with the mistakes of her past?
