Orion Black had a secret. Regulus Black was the secret keeper. Nazli was the secret child of Orion who was entrusted to Regulus on her birth.

Regulus, not wanting to stay in England, knew what he had to do. He was gonna raise his sister away from the dangers of his family and the darkness that surrounded the English magical world. He was gonna make sure she had the life none of the Black kids ever did. He was gonna love and protect her. He would never abandon her as his own older brother and sister did. No, he would never do what Sirius and Lyra did. He was gonna have a new beginning now and make everything right.
