Emrys de Alger Obelia. The heir to the Obelian Empire. After his coronation, before any nobles pestered Claude to marry their daughters, he had an heir with one of the women in his Harem. Of noble blood, obviously. If the woman was a commoner the nobles would surely pester Claude again. 

The first child, born out of formalities. Claude killed his mother after Athanasia was born. The boy was but, three years old, when he saw his mother's corpse. 

A story not of the love between family, but the hate.
