"I have struggled in vain and I can bare it no longer." He licked the water off his lips and her eyes followed the action. Heart beating erratically within her rib cage.

"These past months have been a torment. I came to Rosings with the single object of seeing you. I had to see you. Y/n stared at Leonardo in confusion, mouth parted and eyes wide. Water dripped from her hair and landed on the bare skin of her exposed neck. "I don't understand."
