So she and Peeta Mellark sre to go fight to the death. Or so it first seems. Gale Hawthorne is truly in love  with Katniss. He wants to see her live. Even if he doesn't. Just like Katniss would die for Prim, Gale would die for Katniss. But will he? Or will he fight back... showing the Capital and especially Snow, no mercy...

Katniss Everdeen has a tough life for a 17 year old. Her father died 2 years ago and her mother supposedly committed suicide because she was devastated. She was left with her 14 year old sister to take care of and with hardly any money and a small house. She has to juggle school, bullying, depression, taking care of Prim and having an abusive boyfriend. Follow her life and her trying to hold on strong. I don't own any of these characters!!! All of them belong to Suzanne Collins!! ONLY THE IDEAS ARE MINE!!

What if Katniss had never been born? On the day of the mine explosion Prim had been sick, forcing her father to take the day off work. With her father surviving the explosion, Prim realized how dangerous his job was and Prim demanded he teach her how to hunt incase he didn't get lucky again.
