In the depths of the ocean lay a dangerous yet majestic beast. In a world where super powers,  and unique abilities are norm , where people have animalistic qualities or can transform into said animals from both fantasy and mundane there is one that is seen as above others  for she is the only person to be able to fully transform into a dragon.
