When Worlds Collide

(This story is COMPLETELY based off of a roleplay between my friends and I. Each character is HEAVILY based on the lore and storylines they have created for their respective characters, and includes OCs.)

The Mushroom Kingdom was never the most peaceful place, but it thrived.
Everything was as it should be...
Until the day the rifts opened from the sky.

Now, people from all across the multiverse have become stranded in this one singular universe. That is, until a group of 5 band together to find a way back home.

Could they truly pull it off? Or would they be stuck in the Mushroom Kingdom for good?
