Before she was sixteen, all Eleanor wanted to do was run away from the unfair walls of her old orphanage with her friends, but it all begins to slip away when their paths are forced apart and her world crosses with another one. A world belonging to the forbidden offspring of men and immortals, the hybrids, who for so long have been doomed to run away from the eyes of heaven and hide in the shadows they call home.

In a journey of discovery, Eleanor will try to help her new friends find the missing hybrids to bring them back home, so she can reunite with her friends and finally take the reins of her life back. Seems too easy at first, but they are yet to know that heaven are not the only ones trying to follow their trail.

Will they be able to avoid their inevitable destiny, or will they have to face their fall?
